The eye of a powerful typhoon passed just miles south of Manila, Philippines, leaving behind uprooted trees and many without electricity. There is some damage to buildings at Faith Academy, a school for children of missionaries. Please pray for our CMML missionaries serving in the Philippines (Day 9 and 10).

Held once a year, MOP (Missionary Orientation Program) provides the serious missions-minded student with practical lessons and biblical guidance for the mission field. CMML is currently hosting our sister missionary service organizations MSC Canada and Echoes (UK) for three days of meetings to discuss how we can work together for the Lord's service.

Two years ago today Jay and Katrina Erickson, aviation missionaries in Zambia, were called home to be with the Lord after their plane tragically crashed. Their two daughters Coral and Marina, now ages three and five, are well cared for by their aunt and uncle in the U.S. Please continue to pray for these delightful girls.

Pray for Chitokoloki Mission in Zambia this week as they celebrate their 100th anniversary. There are visitors from all over the world attending this very special celebration; Allan Wilks and Ken Switzer are there representing CMML. We praise God for His faithfulness over these many years!
