October 13: Wrapping up their five-week trip, Phil and Mary enjoyed several days in the Philippines fellowshipping with many CMML missionaries and their coworkers at the CMPI missionary retreat.

We are pleased to announce that Marilyn Risden will assume the CMML Clothing Center management. Marilyn has faithfully volunteered in the Clothing Center for the past two years and has worked closely with Marie Myers who will help with the transition. Marilyn and her husband Jerry are in fellowship at Fifth Avenue Chapel in Belmar, New Jersey.

Please continue to remember them and many others who are suffering at this time. There are now more than a half a million refugees in northern Iraq. Local believers are distributing food and sharing the Gospel...

The eye of a powerful typhoon passed just miles south of Manila, Philippines, leaving behind uprooted trees and many without electricity. There is some damage to buildings at Faith Academy, a school for children of missionaries. Please pray for our CMML missionaries serving in the Philippines (Day 9 and 10).

This weeklong, 30-session training program is hosted by CMML and MSC Canada at Greenwood Hills Camp and Conference Center in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania.
