IMMEDIATE RESUMPTION OF HOUSECHURCH CONSTRUCTION

I have just received a letter from the president of the Town and Country Estates HOA instructing us to stop the construction of the housechurch I am building for almost two years now, (four months of intermittent covid lockdowns included).  No workers will be allowed at the site and no materials allowed to be delivered.  This will be a huge disruption to the completion of the project and to the 17 construction workers who depend to receive income for their family's daily sustenance especially now that the Philippines is  just recovering from the pandemic (not to mention the new Omicron virus is already in Hong Kong, 45 minutes flight away from us.

The two grounds the letter cited are the following: a violation of 23 of setback guidelines, claiming 23 centimeters protrusion ofthe corner of the room, which is not true, because we have not finished the allowed half-meter "fence" that define our boundary lines.  Essentially, the newly hired Compliance Inspector, has reported a blanket statement of setback violation after he estimated 23 centimeters of error.  Today, we will respond with a letter proving there was not even a violation through our onsite Engineer (the son of our Elder at a Bible Chapel not too far from us.  Second, the president stated we did not have a formal permission to use the adjacent lot.  The truth is, the president in 2020 who is also an Architect, gave us permission verbally that there is no problem using the adjacent lot for the barracks since it has no known Owner and the adjacent lot is Unnumbered.

We believe this is all the work of our Enemy and predicated by greed to take our Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Bond, and harassment.  Pray as we respond technically appealing for the immediate resumption of construction.  We are now in the Finishing stages, ending the project in three or four months.  In the Philippines, due to the prevailing corruption all over the country, it could take a long time to resolve a dispute.
