About Us

The Facultad Bíblica Camiri is a one-year Bible training and intern discipleship program, now in its 23rd year of operation. We receive approximately 20 students who come recommended from their own local churches and here they are exposed to different ministries in the Camiri assemblies and they also participate in village work and mission trips. Visiting instructors come to teach modules and we teach other ones. Every morning Staff have breakfast and devotions with the interns and track their personal Bible reading. We focus big on forming growth habits and building Christian character. Staff also take turns eating dinner with the students. Many work their way through, thanks to outside sponsors who help with the work-scholarship fund. The Bible school is located on a dairy farm just across from town crossing a private suspension bridge. This is also site for Christian camps and retreats. Both of us are well involved in a local assembly and it's many ministries. Mark teaches and Carol helps in women's groups and their annual activities. We minister from time to time at Bible conferences around the country, when possible taking along Bible school students and local Christians. Another important ministry is support work for national workers, some commended from the Camiri assembly, others self-supporting, some who live where conditions are difficult, not good communication, and inadequate health care.
