McElmurry, Robert

Prior to my retirement in Wisconsin, I was a radiochemist.  In 2006 I visited with Merlyn Schultz and family for about 7 weeks.  While here I decided that I could move to Bolivia.  I requested prayer from my church and others.  In May 2008 I went to Cochabamba to start working on learning Spanish.  The end of August of that year I moved to Portachuelo and started working in the school La Cristiana.  In 2009 and 2010 I worked with the English teacher.  Last year I was the chemistry-physics teacher for the 10th graders.  This year I am a teacher's assistant and am working on developing excel programs so students can work on their math skills.  I am still having problems learning Spanish.
