Travis Robertson grew up as a missionary kid in Ivory Coast, West Africa. He met his wife, Joanna, in Vancouver, Canada. Joanna moved from her US assembly to 16th Ave. Gospel Chapel in BC to help teach English to Chinese nationals and to learn how to implement that successful program at home. Travis has experience helping Congolese settle in Kansas City. Both Travis and Joanna have helped the Chinese learn English and the Bible through ongoing zoom classes. They have also worked with Afghani evacuees by teaching English in group classes and sharing the love of Christ through practical ways.
