As newlyweds, we found the Lord had laid upon both of our hearts a burden for people groups with little gospel access. Following prayer and counsel from our elders, we accepted an invitation to visit two areas in Southeast Asia where the need is great. Following that trip, we were commended to the work of the Lord in a land where less than 2% name the name of Christ. We long for it to one day be said about this place that “the people who walked in darkness have seen a great light” (Isaiah 9:2a).
