English-Immersion Camps in Moldova

eTeams with team members from the US, Canada and Ireland will be conducting English-Immersion Camps in the Eastern European country of Moldova. We will be in-country from May 30-June 16. This is a former Soviet state which is economically depressed and bordered on three sides by the country of Ukraine is wide-open to the gospel.

Ron Hampton (eTeams Director) will be leading the team and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) professionals Ray & Kelly Marshall (MSC Canada) will be leading the E-I program. Campers will be improving their English while using the Bible as their textbook.

Along with a willingness to serve and share your faith, the only qualifications are an ability to speak English and NOT to teach. Team members will work alongside grade 11-12 Moldovan youth being sent to our Bible camps nominated by the public school system. This was initiated by the Moldovan Minister of Education.

We need team members to assist campers in using English, befriending them, and sharing the Lord Jesus in word and deed. Other than the English-Immersion components, the camp schedule will include chapel times with singing, testimonies and a gospel message; sports, swimming and special activities.
